We work with your builder or kitchen fitter to plan the circuits, sockets and lighting, so everything is where you need it and ready when the other trades are. Garden rooms and garden offices are some of our most popular work on the Marsh, fully powered, lit and finished.
We also fit the things that make a home modern and easy to live with: indoor and outdoor lighting schemes, recessed downlights, extra sockets, outdoor power and mains-wired, interlinked smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms. From the first cables to the final testing, everything is done to the current wiring regulations, tested, certified and notified through our NAPIT registration.

It depends on the circuits and fittings you need, so every job is priced individually. You get one fixed written price before anything starts.
Can you work alongside my builder or kitchen fitter?
Yes. We regularly work with other trades, fitting the cabling and finals at the right stages so the job keeps moving.
Can you run power to a garden room or outbuilding?
Yes. It's some of our most regular work. A garden room, office, shed or outbuilding gets a correctly sized armoured cable with its own protection, sockets, lights and heating as needed.
Do you fit mains smoke and heat alarms?
Yes. We install mains-wired, interlinked smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms throughout the home, tested and certified, so a warning in one room sounds in them all.
